Myodive Warranty (Singapore)

If within 1.5 years (18 months) from the date of purchase your Myodive Massage Gun or other product fails due to a defect in material or workmanship, we will repair or replace the product or necessary components free of charge.

Only purchases from our official website are automatically registered. For non website purchases, please email to admin@massagegun.com.sg with your invoice to register your warranty.

To send your product in for warranty replacement or repairs, contact our Customer Care Team for instructions along with your Order Number and video showing the defect.

Our warranty excludes:
(a) physical damage caused by accident, abuse, mishandling, transport, liquids, including but not limited to, fire, liquid contact, vandalism or external forces;
(b) defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of the product;
(c) cosmetic damage including but not limited to scratches, dents, and other similar damages not mentioned herein;
(d) if the product has been tampered with or repaired by unauthorized parties;
(e) units not used according to HYDRAGUN care instructions and used in any manner that is inconsistent with the intended purpose or design of the product;
(f) failure to provide the order number and
(g) products purchased from an unauthorized retailer.
